Delete your account

Deleting your MyRideSG account removes your bikes, maintenance logs, fuel and expense records, mileage history, reminders, rewards progress, and any receipt or invoice photos you saved. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you have the app

Go to Account → Privacy and data → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, and the account is deleted on the spot. No email, no waiting.

If you no longer have the app

Email hello@myridesg.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We action deletion requests within seven days and confirm by reply. If you signed in with Apple's Hide My Email, write to us from any address and tell us roughly when you created the account so we can find it.

What is kept

Some records may be retained where Singapore law requires it. Anonymous usage analytics are not linked to you once the account is gone, and are deleted on their own 180-day schedule either way. Everything else goes.

Want a copy first?

Before deleting, you can export everything you have logged as a CSV fromAccount → Privacy and data → Export your data. Export is not available after deletion — there is nothing left to export.
